These terms govern use of earphonewholesale.com and inquiries submitted through this site.

Quotations & orders

All prices are quoted on request (RFQ). Prices shown nowhere as fixed retail offers.
A quotation is an offer subject to stock, MOQ confirmation and credit review.
Orders are confirmed only after written agreement (PI) and payment terms.

Samples

Sample availability depends on model and stock. Sample approval may be required before bulk production. Courier costs are confirmed before shipping unless agreed otherwise.

Payment & shipping

Payment terms (typically T/T for bulk) are confirmed per order. Shipping is FOB China unless CIF is agreed. Lead times are estimates after sample/PO confirmation.

Intellectual property

Logos and brand assets you provide for OEM remain yours; we use them only to fulfil your order.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AsiaEarphone is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Product warranties are agreed in the sales contract.
